1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services and Products

Custom Slipcovers By Mary provides custom soft furnishing services including but not limited to custom slipcovers, draperies, and design consultations. All products are made to specifications provided by the customer, and colors/finishes may vary slightly from samples shown.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. A deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due upon completion and before delivery. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Custom Orders

All slipcovers and soft furnishings are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, changes to orders may not be possible. We recommend confirming all details during the consultation phase before work begins.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Local delivery within Cape Cod is included for orders over $500. For orders under $500, a delivery fee may apply. Clients outside our delivery area are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. If there is a fit issue or manufacturing defect, we will make corrections at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and techniques created by Custom Slipcovers By Mary remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to use photographs of completed work for promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Custom Slipcovers By Mary's liability is limited to the value of the products and services purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
